"Marnye's Humble Hero" Chris Hull.

                        Everyone enjoys a Hero.  Someone that can Inspire others to be better.  To do Better.  This new blog "My Humble Hero" is dedicated to those recognized for touching people's life "Just Because".  They do things for others with no thought of reward or recognition.  I'm so glad our very first person we get to appreciate is Chris Hull.  An Amazing Husband to one of the most talented Narrators Marnye Young and an incredible Father to Identical Twins.

                       Marnye Young said it Perfectly.  He gives off a LIGHT and ENERGY that people want to step into and be a part of.  Just to give you an idea of some of the many moments that show what kind of person he is I will share this with you.  Chris Hull is a 'Self Made' Athlete.  Growing up he wasn't very athletic but he taught himself to be.  He became one of the fastest people Marnye knows to the point that she calls him 'Rocket Feet'.  Well someone as fast as he is would be very excited to be running a Marathon.  People train to run marathons hoping they can do well and finish in impressive fashion.

                        During this Marathon his Friend was suffering with a heat stroke.  That finish line and the time it would take for him to finish was no longer a thought on his mind.  He sat there for 20 minutes until the ambulance came and then finished the Marathon.  His Friend's health was all that mattered.  However he is still one of the most determined athletes.  During the same marathon he broke his foot and instead of stopping he continued running.  He has that 'Never Quit' and 'Just Keep Going' mindset that is contagious and you can't help but to be inspired.

                       Imagine your car being stuck in a ditch in the snow.  Or imagine your car needing a jumpstart.  Chris is 'that guy' to get out of his car and help you get out of that ditch.  He is 'that guy' that would stop his car no matter where he was going, take out his jumper cables, and make sure your car starts before anything.  His new priority becomes helping that person.

                       What I like most about Chris Hull is He is also a Self-Made man.  He started out with just himself and a Dream.  Now his Company CAH Architecture and Design is being featured on this Season of "This Old House" with Kevin O' Connor.

                       For someone that is an owner of his own Architecture Firm you would think he would sometimes have to put his family aside knowing they would understand how busy it is to maintain your own business.  For him that isn't even a thought.  He is a 'Family First' kind of guy and a Farmer at heart having fun with Marnye growing 200 pound Pumpkins.  Him and his family loves to fish and even if the Identical Twins don't exactly fish yet they enjoy being there and being a part of the Peacefullness of nature and the memorable 'family time' moments that is worth more than money can buy.

                     If a neighbor needs help with anything he is there.  Once again he drops everything and does what needs to be done.  He makes the most amazing apple pies to the point that Family Members request it at every Thanksgiving.  He used to work for Habitat For Humanity.  His community appreciates him for his selfless acts.  He always extends himself including volunteering at their Church, repairing sidewalks, steps, and more.

                   Marnye Young's 'Humble Hero' is her Husband Chris Hull.  He is a problem solver, a glorified handyman, and has one of the biggest hearts of anyone she knows.  She loves him for always being there for his family.  She likes that he has a huge love for military airplane history and NASCAR.  Every little thing about him is admired by the people in his life.  He lets the people in.  He is someone that people share their life stories with because he has a way about him.

                   He's from a small town in Ohio called Urbana.  Marnye feels that is one of the reasons people gravitate towards him.  No matter where you are from Marnye just wanted to Thank you for 'Being You'.  Anyone who reads this please support CAH Architecture and Design.  It is rare to find someone that puts Family before work yet loves his job and has a ridiculous work ethic.  He told Marnye if he could make money as a Park Ranger to support a family he would.  It is for reasons like this, that we are celebrating you for your kindness and giving nature.  We are honored to have you as our first "Humble Hero".
